Action Behavior Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role offers predictable daytime hours (8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow personalized plans, collect session data, and support children’s learning through engaging activities in a safe environment. Immediate start with paid training and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Age 18+ and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Training provided; paid RBT certification within 20 days.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support child growth.
• Watch example sessions to learn best practices.
