Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Houston, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays. Start date immediate; guaranteed full-time hours and paid training including RBT certification.

You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, help kids learn through play, stay active during sessions, and maintain a safe environment.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to sit, stand, crouch and get on/off the floor frequently.
• Maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
