Action Behavior Centers in College Station, TX, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one play-based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities with a supportive team.

The role is full-time with predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to work one-on-one with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
