Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy at our Litchfield Park clinic. You will follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple data to track progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on activities, collaboration with a supportive team, and staying active during sessions. Training is provided and RBT certification is paid for by the company.

Formación

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active therapy environment.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
