Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in our Kramer location. You will implement ABA therapy plans, collect session data, and support learning through play-driven activities in a safe, engaging environment.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday) with optional Saturdays. Starting immediately, candidates can pursue paid RBT certification and advance within our growth-focused clinic

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move frequently.
• Comfortable with active pace while working with young children.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work through provided video link.
