Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support learning through engaging activities.

Eligible candidates will pursue paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire, with opportunities for growth, leadership tracks, and competitive full-time compensation in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to gain insight into the role.
