Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities.

Required to be at least 18 with a high school diploma, able to lift 30 lbs, and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days. Full-time daytime schedule in Brighton, CO with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active movements during sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn via play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
