Job summary

Brightstone Therapy in Monroe, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes, schools, and clinics. You must hold a valid RBT certification.

The role offers full-time hours with a starting pay of $25+ per hour, plus certification reimbursement, mileage/travel reimbursement, and ongoing supervision from a BCBA. This position supports growth within Brightstone Therapy and the chance to make a meaningful difference

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid RBT certification.
• Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
• Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
