A Brighter Alternative ABA in Conyers, GA seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills in childrens' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
