The role emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with the BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven decisions. Starting pay is competitive at $25+ per hour, with supervision and training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings (home, school, clinic).
• Willing to obtain CPR upon hire.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
