Sterling Employment Services is assisting a client in McDonough, GA to hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT/BT). The role focuses on one-to-one ABA therapy with children, following individualized behavior plans, and ongoing training under clinical supervision.

Eligible candidates should have a high-school diploma or equivalent, RBT certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in home and community settings. Competitive hourly pay and full/part-time options are available.

Qualificações

• High-school degree or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, education, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience working in ABA.
• Must pass administered background check.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.
• Full-time or part-time employment available.
• Professional certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through BACB.
• Supervision and practicum hours towards board certification.
• Company-sponsored activities.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement your client's individual behavior plan.
• Provide one-on-one ABA services to your clients.
• Correct ABA processes and strategies, such as DTT, prompting/fading, reinforcement, and shaping.
• Enter electronic data collection promptly and accurately.
• Provide feedback and insight to clinical leadership regarding clients' needs and changes in behavior.
• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure clinically-sound treatment.
• Obtain and maintain RBT certification.
• Maintain log of supervision hours to sustain RBT certification.
• Meet weekly productivity targets as determined by Clinical Director.
• Protect health and safety of clients and staff by reporting incidents and following procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• This job will mainly operate in-home and in a community-based environment.
