Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Marietta, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in their homes under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on communication, behavior reduction, daily living skills, and independence.

Typically part-time with after-school and evening availability; pay ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. Applicants should have active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
