Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves 1:1 sessions in home or clinic settings, implementing treatment plans, and meticulous data collection under BCBA supervision.

Qualifying candidates will have RBT certification, solid communication skills in English, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 25% as required by the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
