Action Behavior Centers in El Paso, TX, is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will implement personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, opportunities for promotion into clinical administration or BCBA paths, and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
