Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Conroe, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data.

This full-time, daytime role offers 8am-5pm hours with occasional Saturdays, growth opportunities, and paid RBT certification. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma and be ready to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace around young children; able to sit/stand/crouch/on the floor.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
