Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years in South Austin, TX. You will follow personalized plans, collect data, and promote learning through play and movement in a supportive clinic setting.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (8am-5pm on weekdays), potential Saturdays, and opportunities for growth into leadership and BCBA paths. Training and paid RBT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and may occasionally assist a nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
