Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers predictable daytime hours, full-time schedules Monday through Friday (8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support a supportive team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain training for RBT certification.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sustain an active pace during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
