Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Farmington clinic. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and immediate start dates.

You will implement treatment plans, support children in learning through play, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team. Starting pay depends on education and ABA experience, with clear growth paths into leadership and BCBA roles through our Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
