Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with young children using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in ABA therapy and working with children.
• Ability to collect and record simple session data.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and track progress with data.
• Create a safe, engaging, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
