Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician to work with children in ABA therapy during regular daytime hours. The role emphasizes one-on-one sessions, data collection, and following individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child's growth and success.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to better understand the role.
