Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy in Raleigh, NC seeks registered behavior technicians (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement plans, communicate progress to families and supervisors, and participate in ongoing training while maintaining RBT certification. In-person work with flexible weekday and weekend hours is available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus and helpful for session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
