Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Thornton, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and contribute to a safe, engaging therapy environment.

This full-time role offers daytime hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays. Starting immediately, paid RBT certification and growth opportunities within ABC are provided, plus strong benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and willingness to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
