Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in Denver, CO. The role starts immediately and offers predictable daytime hours Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, collecting session data, and promoting learning through engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Ages served 18 months to 8 years; able to work with young children.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and track session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
