Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Loveland, CO seeks a one-on-one Behavior Technician to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and stay active during sessions.

Role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, competitive pay by education level, and rapid interview scheduling. RBT certification is required and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Active RBT certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
