Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring responsive RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services to children across Georgia. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy programs and tracking progress in our data system.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma, and possess an active BACB RBT certification. Schedule is part-time after school hours, with flexible shifts and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills and meet goals for each child.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.
