Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role focuses on building communication, social interaction and daily living skills for children with autism spectrum disorder in home and community settings.

We offer a flexible schedule with PTO/sick time for all hourly employees, advancement opportunities and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
