Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

We offer a part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week), PTO/Sick time for hourly staff, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Our team provides supervision by experienced BCBAs and referral bonuses. We also support BCBA tuition assistance forGrowth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license are required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help kiddos meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
