Heartlinks ABA in Georgia provides in-home ABA services to children, with supervision by BCBA therapists. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling (after school hours, 15-20 hours per week) and opportunities to grow within the company while supporting families and children in developing communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
