Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking compassionate part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children across Georgia under supervision from experienced BCBAs. You will implement individualized programs, collect and review data, and collaborate closely with families to help children reach their functional goals in daily life, communication, social skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
