Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is actively seeking a part-time RBT to provide ABA services in-home and in community settings across Georgia under supervision by a BCBA. The role supports children with autism spectrum disorders, helping them develop communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a current RBT certification, and can pass a background check. A reliable vehicle and willingness to work after school and some weekends are needed; growth and supervision are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke d dolls? to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
