Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services across Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA programs and help children meet daily living goals while contributing to progress notes in our data system.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certificate, are 18+, and can travel to clients’ homes with reliable transportation. Competitive benefits and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that enable children to meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by collaborating with families.
