Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Georgia. You will implement programs, collect data, and support families in achieving functional goals.

The role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and ongoing supervision. Requirements include an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to work with children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keIds to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
