Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia under the supervision of BCBAs. You will implement therapy plans, teach essential skills, and document progress while coordinating with families to ensure consistent behavior support.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, active RBT certification, background check, and reliable transportation. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans with families.
