Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• RBT Certification required
• Ability to provide in-home care services
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with ASD
• Develop and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as prescribed by the BCBA based on individualized treatment plans
• Collect and document client data, communicating findings to the behavior analyst
• Demonstrate flexibility working with clients of varying needs and abilities
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including BCBAs, other Behavior Technicians, and families
• Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients, caregivers, and the team
• Adhere to scheduled hours, ensuring punctuality and professionalism
