Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout New Jersey. We are currently hiring RBTs to use their training to make the world a better place.

We offer competitive salaries and generous bonuses. You can choose your working hours and preferred service areas.

We seek qualified individuals to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

RBTs implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs, supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings.
  2. Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis.
  3. Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program records.
  4. Collaborate with BCBA and BCaBA to implement treatment plans.
  5. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
  6. Attend educational workshops and review professional publications to stay current.
  7. Ensure client well-being during sessions and emergency situations.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Preferred: 1+ year experience working with individuals with special needs.
Licenses
  1. Driver's License (Required).
  2. Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred).
Schedule and Location
  • Afternoons, Monday to Friday.
  • Work in Perth Amboy at clients' homes across multiple locations.
