Job summary

SilverSwing ABA UT LLC in South Jordan, Utah is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, collaborate with families and teammates, and help create a safe, engaging therapy environment. Part-time, flexible shifts available with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: South Jordan, Utah

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
