Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families and team members to drive client success.

The role supports flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, supportive environment. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Cartersville, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
