Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and partner closely with families to drive client success.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. Background checks are required, and flexible part-time hours are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required for consideration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Pine Mountain, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
