Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lithonia, GA. This 15-25 hour per week, part-time role offers flexible shifts and competitive pay.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA’s supervision, collect data, and support client progress while maintaining a supportive, safe environment. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma (college preferred), and are able to pass a

• Previous experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.


• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour


• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability


• Location: Lithonia, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.


• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.


• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.


• Ability to pass background check.


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
