Job summary

SilverSwing ABA NE LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Craig, NE. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and track client progress, collaborating with families and team members for client success.

RBT certification is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred. Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation to travel locally.

• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $28- $32/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Craig, NE

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
