Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC in Brunswick, GA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join the team for 15-25 hours per week. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under BCBA supervision, and help collect progress data.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts with pay between $25–$30 per hour. RBT certification and a high school diploma are required, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
