Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings in Millville, NJ. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect progress data while collaborating closely with families and teammates.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred. Background checks will be completed for safety.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Ability to collect and document client progress data.
• Strong communication and teamwork with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Millville, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
