Job summary

SilverSwing ABA NJ LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hammonton, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision and help document progress data.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay of $25-$30, part-time hours (15-25 per week), and opportunities for career advancement. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred and the ability to travel locally is

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
