SilverSwing ABA in Rockmart, GA is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide in-home, school, and clinic settings with flexible part-time shifts and supportive supervision to help kids progress.

The successful candidate will hold an RBT certification, have a HS diploma, pass a background check, and commute locally. This role emphasizes data collection, implementing BCBA-designed plans, and collaboration with families to promote client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Rockmart, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
