SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Absecon area. The role supports clients under the supervision of a BCBA and emphasizes data-driven progress, positive behavior support, and collaboration with families and our care team.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, demonstrates reliability, and is willing to travel locally.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Absecon, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
