Job summary

SilverSwing ABA in Hammonton, NJ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide in-home, in-school, or in-clinic therapy with 1:1 ABA services and data-driven treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team, help maintain a safe, positive environment, and support client progress with flexible part-time schedules worth $25-$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and/or pursuing certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Hammonton, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
