Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Griffin, GA. The position is part-time with potential for full-time, and requires afternoon/evening hours from 2:00 PM onward, plus a $250 onboarding bonus.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior-analytic strategies, collecting data, and maintaining communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred.
• RBT certification is required.

Full Job Description:

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
