Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Reisterstown, MD. As an RBT with Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician with Yes ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conducting data collection and progress tracking during sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Your strong communication and documentation skills will enable you to effectively support positive behavior change and skill development.
