Yes ABA Therapy in Bel Air, MD is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA-based behavioral health services, implement care plans, and support clients toward meaningful progress in a collaborative setting.
You will collect data, assist with ADLs, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Implement behavioral therapy techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene, to foster independence
Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
Support teaching sessions tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies for skill acquisition
Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with each client's goals
Provide patient care with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients
Experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or special education is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
Strong skills in data collection, behavior management, and behavior intervention strategies
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to engage clients and their families effectively
Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient-centered care in a respectful manner
Prior experience working within behavioral health or medical settings is advantageous
A competitive hourly rate of $29.00 - $35.00
