Yes ABA Therapy in Pikesville, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team and deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will help implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, support ADLs, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with a compassionate, multidisciplinary group committed to empowering individuals with ASD.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus.
• Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques.
